Shipping & Returns

Remember, you are ordering perishable goods. If you live in a warm climate, please arrange to receive your package at the delivery time, based on the tracking number. You will receive the tracking number via email after the product has shipped.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We must have a physical address for your shipment.
  • We deliver to the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii. or outside of the United States of America.
  • We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Orders will be scheduled to arrive in 2 business days or less.
  • The shipping destination must have a 2-day or less ground shipping transit time from our location.
  • To receive your order by Friday of the current week, place your order BEFORE Wednesday at 8 am.
  • Orders placed AFTER Wednesday at 8 am will be shipped on the following Monday, as we cannot rely on the carriers to deliver our products over the weekend.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Bon Secour Fisheries makes every attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however, holidays and unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

  • All shipments require a street address (No P.O. Box addresses).
  • Be sure to double-check addresses. Spoilage/damage/missing deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses is not the responsibility of Bon Secour Fisheries.
  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. Bon Secour Fisheries is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
  • If you are sending a gift to a third party, be sure to double check the recipient’s address. The billing customer is responsible for making sure the recipient is available for delivery.

  • The chart below shows the estimated delivery times. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed. Bon Secour Fisheries is not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

How much does shipping cost?

If your order contains strictly non-perishable goods, shipping is a flat rate of $3.00 for ground shipping, otherwise, the shipping rate will be calculated in your cart based on your location and the weight of the product(s) ordered. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you have special delivery instructions for the UPS driver, we advise that you communicate directly with UPS to provide those special instructions after you receive your tracking number. We do not have a way to transfer comments provided in your order to the UPS driver.
